He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a major in Finance and Banking and specialization in Management Accounting. Since 2000, he has been gaining experience dealing with finance in international corporations such as Polcard (FDP), ExxonMobil, Shell and Polbank. While working in these companies, he was responsible for the construction and development of planning and controlling systems. His passion was systems supporting management decision-making in modern organizations, which led to the establishment of the Incube company in 2008. The gained experience and knowledge of the needs and problems of business users in large organizations led to the birth of the idea for a start-up and the creation of the Qalcwise platform that allows business users to build business applications without programming - Citizen Development.

Manager and Partner in Incube CPM. A graduate of computer science at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology. At the beginning of his professional career, he dealt with the implementation of ERP systems as well as databases and data warehouses. He conducted the first projects in the area of Business Intelligence and multidimensional data analysis in Cognos Reportnet and Powerplay technology. At Incube CPM for more than 10 years. He has successfully implemented FP&A projects, built financial models and designed data warehouses. He has worked for clients such as Allegro, OLX, Medicover, Polomarket and Energa. Graduate of Electronics, Informatics and Telecommunications at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at Warsaw University of Technology. At Incube CPM for almost 10 years. He has experience in designing and implementing advanced BI, DWH and FP&A solutions. Consulting Manager Incube CPM. Graduated in Computer Science at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and Data Science as part of a postgraduate course at the Warsaw University of Technology. He is currently developing at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Computer Technology. Consulting Manager at Incube CPM, a leading technical consulting firm specializing in financial planning and analysis. He is responsible for development, maintenance and implementation in projects based on OneStream Software and IBM Cognos Analytics, IBM Planning Analytics solutions. He has worked for clients such as: Naspers, OLX, PayU, Anwim.

Sandra is a Consulting Manager at Incube CPM. She is the leader of the department dealing with the implementation of IT systems for financial consolidation. She has several years of professional experience in various accounting and financial consolidation departments gained in international companies such as HP, GE, Whirlpool. A graduate of finance and accounting as well as English philology at the University of Lodz. Consulting Manager at Incube CPM. Graduate of the Cybernetics Department at the Military University of Technology. At Incube CPM for more than 7 years. He has gained extensive experience by participating in many projects for clients in various industries. He mainly deals with financial modeling, development of reporting systems, ETL processes, data warehousing, integration issues, and also develops his competence in ESG. He holds numerous certifications, including: IBM Planning Analytics, IBM Cognos Analytics, Anaplan or OneStream. Privately a lover of sports, dogs, as well as good wine and food.

In Incube CPM as an ESG Expert. An expert in sustainable development and ESG. She gained her first experience as a consultant in a BIG 4 company, supporting clients in creating reports and sustainable development strategies. Then, for almost 5 years, she worked at ING Bank Śląski and dealt with sustainable development. At the bank, she coordinated the creation of the non-financial part of integrated reports, sustainable development strategies, as well as other projects related to this area. Before joining Incube CPM, she worked as a Sustainable Development and ESG Manager at SAPERE, supporting clients in terms of process and content in creating sustainable development/ESG reports and sustainable development/ESG strategies. Privately, she is interested in psychology and conquers new peaks in the Beskids together with his 5-year-old dog.

Graduated from the University of Bialystok, Department of Sociology, then completed postgraduate studies in the field: Project Management at the University of Warsaw, Sales Team Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, Digital Marketing also at the Warsaw School of Economics, and Program Management at the ICAN Institute. From 2012 to 2021, she worked at Infor PL as Director of Advertising, Director of Sales, and in the last years as Director of Digital Sales. Privately, passionate about MarTech, LinkedIn, but most of all about time spent with family.
