Thanks to my experience as a financial analyst and manager in international companies such as ExxonMobil, Shell, and Polbank, I have firsthand experience with the challenges faced by finance teams. Based on this knowledge, Incube CPM was created, where we effectively help organizations meet reporting and consolidation requirements and make data-driven decisions.

Manager, Partner, and Head of Consulting at Incube CPM. Educated as a computer scientist (Warsaw University of Technology). An expert in Business Intelligence and multidimensional data analysis with over 10 years of experience at Incube. Builds financial models and data warehouses for clients such as Allegro, OLX, and Medicover. Combines technical knowledge with business practice, enabling him to support organizations in efficient reporting and data-driven decision-making. Outside of work – a fan of Thai cuisine, good wine, and caretaker of two cats.

HR Specialist at Incube CPM. Graduate of Human Resource Management at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She has been involved in HR since the beginning of her career. She has experience in areas such as employee recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, CSR activities, and Design Thinking. Incube Established Partnership with Clarity Systems
Incube formed a strategic partnership with Clarity Systems, whose technology was later incorporated into the portfolio of IBM. This collaboration enabled Incube to expand its capabilities in financial consolidation and management reporting systems based on IBM solutions.
These technologies support key finance processes, including data consolidation and management reporting, enhancing transparency and control over financial data. The Incube–Clarity partnership became one of the foundations for the company’s further growth in the CPM and FP&A space.
