About the client
The client is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Poland, serving several million users each month. As the company continued to grow rapidly, efficient management of large volumes of financial and operational data became increasingly critical.

PROJECT APPROACH
How we addressed the client’s challenges?
The implementation began with a needs analysis and the design of a unified planning and reporting model based on the WBS methodology. The solution was then configured, integrated with external systems, and made available to users through the intuitive, web-based PAW interface.

1 step
We began by defining the needs of the finance and budgeting teams and designing a planning and reporting model within a single environment – Planning Analytics Workspace. It was crucial to take into account the organization’s requirements and the planned integrations with external systems, including SAP and G Suite.
2 step
Based on the Work Breakdown Structure methodology, we developed a budgeting framework that enables precise planning, control, and settlement of investment projects. We also configured a data approval and control process with editing restrictions applied after approval.
3 step
We automated the processes of data collection and processing and integrated the solution with existing systems. User training sessions were conducted, and thanks to the teams’ familiarity with TM1, they quickly adapted to working in the new, web-based PAW environment.
