He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a major in Finance and Banking and specialization in Management Accounting. Since 2000, he has been gaining experience dealing with finance in international corporations such as Polcard (FDP), ExxonMobil, Shell and Polbank. While working in these companies, he was responsible for the construction and development of planning and controlling systems. His passion was systems supporting management decision-making in modern organizations, which led to the establishment of the Incube company in 2008. The gained experience and knowledge of the needs and problems of business users in large organizations led to the birth of the idea for a start-up and the creation of the Qalcwise platform that allows business users to build business applications without programming - Citizen Development.

Manager and Partner in Incube CPM. A graduate of computer science at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology. At the beginning of his professional career, he dealt with the implementation of ERP systems as well as databases and data warehouses. Graduate of Electronics, Informatics and Telecommunications at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at Warsaw University of Technology. At Incube CPM for almost 10 years. He has experience in designing and implementing advanced BI, DWH and FP&A solutions. She is authorized to provide bookkeeping services as well as is in the process of becoming a registered auditor in Poland. She specializes in financial reporting, also of financial institutions mainly banks. Among her professional achievements, she served as chief accountant of such institutions as Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) S.A. Joint stock company - Branch in Poland, mBank Hipoteczny S.A., Pra Group Polska sp. z o.o. At Pra Group Polska sp. z o.o., she was responsible for the financial consolidation of a capital group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
