Digital Services Act Information - Articles 11, 12, 16, and 32

In order to implement the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act; “DSA”), we present below: (I) information provided under Article 32(2) DSA, (II) information about contact points, (III) form for reporting illegal content.

(I) Information provided under Article 32(2) of the Digital Services Act

In accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), intermediate service providers, including online platforms, are required to fulfill a number of transparency and reporting obligations. After the DSA provisions come into force, all interested parties, including public authorities and our clients, will be able to find relevant information on this page, and in the content of this section I – below – any information about obtaining information about illegal products or illegal services offered by entrepreneurs to consumers located in the Union through INCUBE CPM S.A. services.

(II) Contact Points

In accordance with the Digital Services Act (Articles 11 and 12 DSA), Incube CPM S.A. as a provider of intermediary services provides contact points for service recipients and for authorities of member states, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services.

In accordance with Article 16 DSA, hosting service providers implement mechanisms enabling any person or entity to report to them the presence in their service of specific information that the person or entity considers to be illegal content.

Form for Reporting Illegal Content

This form is intended for reporting content posted in the ILA16 solution that the user considers non-compliant with Polish law or the law of a European Union member state.
