Our collaboration with the client evolved alongside the growing scale of its operations and changing business needs. Over 15 years, the solution has grown from a planning tool into a comprehensive platform supporting analysis, reporting, and the automation of investment management processes.
Step 1
The solution, based on IBM Planning Analytics, supports both short- and long-term planning processes, enabling development projects to be modeled at the level of individual apartments, commercial units, and storage units.
Step 2
In IBM Cognos Analytics, a comprehensive reporting system was developed to support investment profitability analysis, margin monitoring, business scenario planning, and decision-making across development projects.
Step 3
In the following years, the solution was expanded to include integration with Microsoft Fabric, automated payment schedules, and control reports supporting the identification of data inconsistencies. The environment has continued to evolve alongside the organization, gradually expanding to cover additional companies and business areas.
